Reparation Treuil

One of the winches on my boat has a a problem, the "self tailing" ring is broken.

It is not possible to buy spare part for the Barbarossa 41.2 ... and I did not find any old winch.

So, the only solution is to make a new part ... I started the process, it will be complete this week, I need to uses again the CNC machine to complete the part.

A little step closer ...

Another step, cutting the angulation in the top of the "teeth" ... now it is complete and can go for anodising.
