Exact wood for the interior?

I have Feeling 1090, 1987 ... some of the internal wood is poor, holes made by previous owner etc. Also, around the windows, the wood is very bad.

Do you knwo the exact wood used in the veneer? Is it Maple?

Thé wood is "orme" on french, which translates, I believe, to ELM in english.
More and more difficult to find depending on the country.

In the UK, there is almost no elm left, but, I will try to find some veneer.

There is one door that must be replaced ... and some other pieces.

Thé doors are made with plankwood. We still find plank elm, at least in France.
I have replaced few elm parts with ash wood, looks quite similar.

The window surrounds are 4mm Elm faced plywood, this is available from a supplier in Holland.
www.yandles.co.uk had Elm planks last time I was there.
