I have just replanked the cockpit, I removed each plank individually and remade using a slightly wider and thicker plank. 15mm x 50mm I used a router to formed radius curves. I altered the screw hole positions and filled old holes with fibre glass filler.
It is a very long and drawn out process I used 18 lengths of iroko teak 15x50, some 200 odd screws 3.5x 25mm, a counter sinking tool and plug cutter. I purchased a cheap cross cut saw which made things easier.
