I have been fixing the genoa cars, and the boom end.



and the cars were dead, the sheave was flat ... ne sheave made, new pinion made, assmbled in the press. All good..



The hull has been painted, the new rigging assembled and the mast put on, all new lights (LED, naturally) and she is nearly ready for the water.

And inside is also looking good. New linings to the saloon and the master cabin.

At last, the forming of the front window is complete.

I had to make mold tools for the forming, with the correct curvature ... not an easy task to make this, but it worked. The final product is an exact replication of the original.

Now, what to do with the mold tools? To the garbage? It seems to be a waste to destroy them, but I do not think I need them again.

This weekend, I fit the windows to the boat!
